This privacy statement is about how the personal data provided by Botterweg Auctions
Amsterdam (hereafter referred to as BAA) will be processed.
Customer data
Personal data as you have filled in during your registration for the by us offered services,
necessary for our administration and business operations, we store digitally
and in our paper archive (purchase and sales invoices, etc.). The personal data that we
save consist of: Name, address, city, country, email address, phone number (s),
bank account number (optional) and VAT number (optional).
What do we need your personal data for
We use your personal data to give you the opportunity to consign items for
our auctions and also give you the opportunity to bid on these items during our auctions
and to receive email confirmations and contribution lists and purchase and sales accounts.
We also use one part of your personal data (name and email address only) for sending newsletters.
Provision of personal data.
We do not provide personal data to other parties (third parties), unless that is necessary for our
financial administration (accountant), or legally obligated.
We also have an agreement with regard to personal data with our standing software company (40Fingers)
and the company through which we send our newsletters (Inboxify)
Storage period
Customer data will be stored in our administration during the legal storage period
(of the tax authorities) also retained after termination of any contracts.
The Log files on our servers are kept for 6 months.
Upon registration on our website, your data will be kept until you notify us in writing or by
email requests to delete your account, however, this can only be done with the account
email address mentioned.
View, change or deletion
If you wish to inspect, make corrections or remove personal data,

Analysis use websites
We use Google Analytics on our website to analyze and improve the website.
This happens as anonymously as possible. We follow the guidelines of the
Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Data portability is not applicable in our case because we do not process personal data
whatfor permission is to be granted.
BAA does not do automated decision making and / or profiling with the during
the registration provided data.

If you wish to have personal data changed or if you have questions or problems
with the way in which BAA processes your personal data, please contact us via the
email address [email protected]. Obviously you have the right to file a
complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority if we don't solve any problem regarding
your personal data.
